This blog is about me turning 40, but it can help people of all ages. I was an inactive, obese, smoker. I had chronic foot pain, it hurt to stand on my own feet. I had excruciating gout flair ups and thumb joint pain where I couldn’t even write. I felt old. I decided to turn my life around, get active, and adopt a Paleo diet. The results were astonishing.

ExerciseThe best exercise routine is the one you stick with. You don’t have to go beat the piss out of yourself 5-6 times a week, just start with a walk.
Stress ManagementStart with sleep, NOTHING works without adequate sleep. You will not lose weight. 8 hours ideal. Reduce stress where possible and careful not to overtrain your body.

High Energy100% of losing weight and feeling great is what you eat, adequate sleep and some exercise. You gotta get these three things in line. Don’t be intimidated – for exercise, just get a Fitbit and try to reach the daily step goals. It worked for me.
