This blog is about me turning 40, but it can help people of all ages. I was an inactive, obese, smoker. I had chronic foot pain, it hurt to stand on my own feet. I had excruciating gout flair ups and thumb joint pain where I couldn’t even write. I felt old. I decided to turn my life around, get active, and adopt a Paleo diet. The results were astonishing.

The best exercise routine is the one you stick with. You don’t have to go beat the piss out of yourself 5-6 times a week, just start with a walk.

I have not kicked the caffeine, but I am not convinced the 2 cups I have a day are too bad. It makes me happy. 8 cups would definitely be bad.
