I look at the Paleo diet like a beginning template. It’s a starting point and a guide to get you healthy – but I don’t look at it as the ultimate destination for any one person.
It’s been a while since I posted something. That’s because I have been putting any free time I have (which is not a lot) into something more all encompassing and comprehensive on losing weight with the Paleo diet as a starting template. I have a few posts that go into the diet, but not a one-stop-shop to all the basics you need to know. So, without further adieu, I present my new ebook:

The Free Paleo Quick Start Guide is a book, or ebook, that I compiled based on knowledge I have gained over the past year. My goal is to have just one more avenue to reach people on the health benefits of the Paleo diet. The diet has done so much for me in addition to weight loss. It’s important to me just to help people out and let them know they have options in regaining health, which is why I am putting this book out there for free.
